Verscia may create business profiles using publicly available business information or information from trusted third-party sources. Businesses may claim eligible profiles and update their information after verification.

We reserve the right to edit, remove, suspend, or refuse any profile that is inaccurate, deceptive, infringes the rights of others, or violates these Terms.

Verification confirms that a provider has completed our review process. Verification does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, certification, or guarantee of a provider, its services, or the accuracy of every statement made in its profile.

Verscia may suspend or remove verification if a provider no longer meets our requirements or provides inaccurate information.

Quote Requests

Verscia allows buyers to contact providers and request quotes through the platform. We do not guarantee that providers will respond to inquiries, enter into agreements, or complete projects.

Any agreement resulting from a quote request is solely between the buyer and the provider. Verscia is not a party to those transactions.

Featured Profiles

Featured placement increases the visibility of eligible business profiles within Verscia. Purchasing Featured placement does not guarantee quote requests, business opportunities, search rankings outside Verscia, or commercial results.

We may change how Featured profiles appear or are displayed as the marketplace evolves.

Providers are responsible for maintaining accurate and current profile information, keeping contact information up to date, only uploading content they own or have permission to use, complying with applicable laws, and responding appropriately to buyer inquiries.

Search and Rankings

Search results, Featured placement, and recommendations may change over time based on factors including relevance, verification status, completeness, and other criteria we determine. Verscia does not guarantee any particular ranking, placement, or visibility for any profile.

Verscia provides information to help buyers discover and compare providers. We do not verify every statement made by providers and do not guarantee the quality, availability, pricing, licensing, insurance, or performance of any business listed on the platform.

Buyers are responsible for evaluating providers before entering into any agreement.

Automated Features

Verscia may use automated technologies, including machine learning and artificial intelligence, to improve the Services. These technologies may assist with organizing information, improving search, identifying duplicate profiles, detecting spam or fraud, enhancing business profiles, or supporting other platform features.

Automated features are intended to assist the operation of the Services and may not always be accurate. Users remain responsible for reviewing information before relying on it.
